Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation is necessary
- Must have demonstrated leadership experience in managing or supporting caregivers
- Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
- Candidates for this position MUST live in Waukesha, Oconomowoc, Delafield, Mukwonago, or Eagle, WI
Responsibilities
- Provide essential support and personal care to clients in their homes
- Help clients maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life at home
- Assist with daily living activities, including:
- Bathing
- Dressing
- Grooming
- Meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping
- Companionship
- Mentor, train, and coordinate employee schedules to support both clients and office staff
