Join the Royal Caribbean Group as the Lead CAM Workforce Planning, a pivotal role within our Workforce Strategy Movement Team. This full-time position is based in Miami, Florida, and reports directly to the Senior Director of CAM Planning. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic staffing strategy for the Hotel Cost Centers, which encompasses nearly 14,000 shipboard crew members across 28 ships. Your expertise in data-driven decision-making and project management will be essential as you coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure that staffing plans are on track and that leadership is informed of any potential risks to the operational plan. As the Lead of CAM Workforce Planning, you will create a comprehensive end-to-end strategy that includes developing a staffing demand plan for each position, looking ahead at least 12 months. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to establish a monthly hiring plan that is both achievable and aligned with operational needs. Additionally, you will collaborate with Cost Center Leadership and HR Business Partners to ensure that promotion strategies are effectively managed and that there is a consistent pipeline of candidates for each position. Your role will also involve managing key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to maintain proper staffing trajectories. You will be responsible for keeping team leadership informed of any changes to the operational plan that may have financial implications, driving cost-saving measures through effective strategy planning and project delivery. As a member of the HR Transformation & Operations Team, you will ensure that policies and procedures are understood and followed, foster team engagement, and lead the development of team members. Your ability to communicate effectively with the executive team and manage stakeholder relationships will be crucial to your success in this role.
