About The Position

Adventist Cardiac Associates seeks to hire an experienced Lead Call Center Scheduler for our Cardiac Associated office in Germantown, MD who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing. As a Lead Call Center Scheduler you will: • Complete real-time monitoring of the call center • Answer calls and schedule patients when call volume is high • Serve as the subject matter expert of new hire onboarding and training, legacy employee coaching; Develop and maintain training materials • Assist Care Navigation with scheduling patients • Review and complete reports on scheduler productivity • Complete audits of call center interactions in Live Vox and patient documentation in ECW • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2-3 years previous scheduling experience required

Nice To Haves

  • 2 year degree/Associates preferred
  • 4-5 years customer service experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years senior scheduling experience preferred
