The Program Lead for the Simulation & Test Automation Team is an individual contributor who has knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the space and exercises independent discretion and judgment on significant matters based on professional knowledge. The Program Lead has expertise responsible for tasks and work throughout the entire vehicle development lifecycle including requirements definition, design and implementation, testing, and problem resolution. Agile, systems engineering, project management, requirements and embedded controls development and calibration knowledge are a definite plus. The drive and tenacity to grow technically and professionally while working on some of General Motor's most exciting features is a must! Follow/author documented procedures to calibrate systems to meet product goals, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
