About The Position
Western Alliance Bank is seeking self-motivated, energetic, and experienced Business Systems Analyst Lead (BSA). The analyst will work closely with our agile technical delivery team, various business partners and stakeholders. Plays a key role in supporting critical projects including HOA and other AAB business lines. As the Staff IT Analyst II, you'll lead activities to review current processes and metrics that support operational effectiveness, identify constraints or opportunities that inhibit or accelerate the business and/or technology strategy, while also developing potential options/approaches to improve business outcomes. You'll also lead development and review of artifacts to ensure they accurately describe current state processes, practices, and/or metrics, while also ensuring the documentation of any alternative processes or practice options with associated impact on KRIs, KPIs or Operational Metrics. Additionally, as the Staff IT Analyst II, you'll identify and facilitate discussions with IT, Product, and the Business subject matter experts, to understand the problem statement and/or opportunity while also capturing any relevant insights to include a full review of the findings or artifacts produced to validate the right problem or opportunity is being assessed.
