About The Position

As a Lead Business Systems Analyst at Spectrum Enterprise, you will proactively address and enhance critical business needs by formulating and defining system scopes and objectives. You will create new systems or use existing systems by identifying multiple paths, pointing out opportunities, and mitigating risks. You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment. Your role will involve analyzing complex business issues, identifying and developing cost-effective systems, designing systems to meet specific business goals, validating new system performances, negotiating agreements, and leading feasibility studies.

Requirements

  • Seven or more years of business systems or IT-related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of business and systems; Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Expert in analyzing and interpreting data to identify areas of opportunity.
  • Prioritization, organizational, leadership and English communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work independently in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Business systems or commercial billing experience.
  • Proven prioritization and organization skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify areas of opportunities and business issues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio.
  • Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze the most complex and challenging business issues to resolve them with automated systems.
  • Identify, evaluate and develop cost-effective systems and procedures by consulting with management and end users to determine system needs, specify inputs and format outputs.
  • Design and develop a system to meet specific business goals while leading cross-functional teams to address business or system issues.
  • Validate new system performances through implementation management, testing coordination and system initiation observation.
  • Negotiate agreements and commitments by facilitating communication between internal teams.
  • Lead feasibility studies to assess the cost, benefit, efficiency and technical viability of business solutions.
