About The Position

We are seeking a Lead Business Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team and drive operational excellence across business processes. This role will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and support key business initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
7+ years of experience in business operations, analytics, or related roles within a technology company.
Proven track record of leading operational improvement initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Advanced Excel and SQL knowledge; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement business operations strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Design and enhance operational processes to improve scalability and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and reduce bottlenecks.
Create dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, financial performance, and operational health.
Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Lead and manage operational projects from initiation to completion.
Ensure timely delivery of initiatives while maintaining quality standards.
Act as a liaison between business units and technology teams to ensure alignment.
Facilitate communication and decision-making across departments.
