About The Position

We are seeking a Lead Business Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team and drive operational excellence across business processes. This role will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and support key business initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in business operations, analytics, or related roles within a technology company.
  • Proven track record of leading operational improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Advanced Excel and SQL knowledge; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Experience in SaaS or cloud-based technology environments.
  • Knowledge of financial modeling and budgeting processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business operations strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and enhance operational processes to improve scalability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and reduce bottlenecks.
  • Create dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, financial performance, and operational health.
  • Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Lead and manage operational projects from initiation to completion.
  • Ensure timely delivery of initiatives while maintaining quality standards.
  • Act as a liaison between business units and technology teams to ensure alignment.
  • Facilitate communication and decision-making across departments.
