  • Participate s i n t h e rotatio n o f th e “Manage r o n Dut y ” rol e – responsibl e fo r delegatin g a n d dir e ctin g th e busi ne s s offic e w o r k f lo w , ans w e rin g que s tion s relate d t o transactio n s , handlin g custome r issues/co n cer n s and follo w ing up on del e gated busine s s office w o rk tasks

  • Process e s pap e r w ork associat e d w ith an appraisal l a ne purch a s e including title collec t ion c a lls and follow up, obtaining prop e r paper w o r k an d signature s fro m customer s an d sendin g appro p ria t e document a tio n t o Corpora t e fo r fundin g o f drafts
