About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a strategic and collaborative Lead Business Execution Consultant within our Business Banking Strategy, Planning and Segment Integration team. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing business initiatives and programs supporting annual investment planning and ongoing business case updates. The successful candidate for this role brings a strong mix of strategy and execution experience. Consolidate data from technology portfolios and initiative intake systems to produce executive‑ready reporting and dashboards Support creation of planning tools such as executive summaries, roadmap updates, and OKR tracking. Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to leadership Provide direction to a cross-functional team using business expertise

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice To Haves

  • Strategic planning experience in translating leadership vision into executable strategies and initiatives
  • Program management capability, including coordinating multiple stakeholders, driving timelines, and managing several workstreams simultaneously
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies, opportunities to streamline business processes, and implement change
  • Strong Process design or improvement experience
  • Experience with investment planning and financial reporting
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • High aptitude for automation and modern productivity tools, including: BI, AI/Copilot usage, and other process optimization tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong communication and presentation, supported by advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
