About The Position

About This Role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to deliver senior-level business support and strategic execution leadership across Global Workforce Relations (GWR). This role emphasizes innovative problem solving, culture change, and translating strategy into measurable outcomes—especially within complex, ambiguous, and cross‑functional work spanning GWR and Human Resources. The role strengthens the organization’s ability to think differently, address root-cause problems, and deliver value efficiently while building long-term capability across the team. The Lead Business Execution Consultant operates as both a trusted extension of executive leadership and an independent operator, owning select initiatives and influencing outcomes through thoughtful challenge, coaching, and disciplined execution. In this role, you will: Resolve complex, ambiguous, and cross‑functional GWR issues by identifying root causes and delivering practical short‑ and long‑term solutions. Translate strategy into clear, measurable actions using innovative, systems‑level thinking within regulatory and risk expectations. Model strategic and agile behaviors; coach leaders and teams to strengthen problem solving, execution, and value measurement. Serve as a trusted advisor to the Business Execution Executive by providing decision‑ready insights, clear recommendations, and executive‑level communication. Lead select initiatives end‑to‑end by aligning stakeholders, removing obstacles, course‑correcting as needed, and escalating with options when required. Operate with autonomy, exercising sound judgment to balance speed, rigor, and risk and determining when escalation is appropriate. Partner with GWR business leaders, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to gather requirements, drive alignment, and advance strategic priorities. Support the development and execution of annual and multi‑year GWR plans, including workforce planning and talent strategies, aligned to enterprise goals. Provide execution leadership across GWR work, leveraging strong understanding of functional practices, policies, and compliance requirements.
