Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant for Customer Reference Data Operations (CRDO) within the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) / Anti Money Laundering (AML) Data Strategy team. This group falls within Shared Services Operations under the Chief Operating Office (COO). In this role, you will create executive-level materials, presentations, and communications, lead cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives. You will drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate. Additionally, you will review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support functions and business performance, perform assessments through fact-finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations. You will also make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring a solid understanding of the business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision-making and issue resolution, and support the implementation of developed solutions and plans. Collaboration and consultation with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives will be essential, as well as influencing, guiding, and leading less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group.
