This role is critical in supporting the DAI PMO Program Support Team by providing essential administrative and data analysis support to the Portfolio Manager's office. The Business Data Analyst will play a key role in ensuring that relevant information is organized and reported effectively, contributing to the overall success of the program. The individual in this position will work remotely, collaborating with various team members and stakeholders to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. Requirements

• Minimum of five years of relevant experience.
• Experience with MS Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with project management tools and practices.
• Proficient in video conferencing tools such as MS Teams, Zoom, and Google Meets.
• Knowledge of documentation processes and administrative support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy.
• IT-III security clearance or equivalent clearance required at proposal submission.

Responsibilities

• Support the DAI PMO Program Support Team with financial and administrative tasks.
• Collect and organize necessary information for the preparation of SOPs and reports.
• Edit functional descriptions and customer deliverables to meet quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain documentation and procedures as per requirements.
• Manage the internal documentation library and support records management.
• Facilitate and coordinate special documentation services and meetings as required.
• Provide acquisition-related support including reporting for programs.
• Write executive summaries for meetings and manage team calendars.
• Coordinate engagement events with stakeholders.
• Monitor reporting systems and maintain accurate information flow.
