Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Comprehensive knowledge of ERP/MRP and Manufacturing Execution systems, along with Team Center PLM.
  • PowerBI experience.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • PMP or APICS certifications desirable.
  • Able to obtain and maintain a US Security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Support all programs within the MRP system, focusing on capacity and scheduling to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Perform regular inventory reconciliations to ensure physical stock levels match financial records.
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards for real-time inventory visibility.
  • Use data analytics to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Anticipate potential material disruptions and develop contingency plans.
  • Implement just-in-time inventory practices to reduce lead times and improve production efficiency.
  • Support EY auditing requests and assist in preparing audit documentation.
  • Work closely with finance and accounting teams to resolve SAP and balance sheet discrepancies.
  • Analyze and forecast production capacity, taking into account labor, equipment, and material availability.
  • Develop and manage production schedules based on customer demand, available capacity, and priorities.
  • Distribute workloads evenly across various work centers to avoid overloading certain areas.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align scheduling with material availability and shipping timelines.
  • Continuously monitor progress against schedules and adjust them as needed.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, production efficiency, and work center utilization.
  • Implement strategic goals established by leadership.
  • Establish operational plans for job area with short-term impact on results.
  • Provide input into new products, processes, standards and/or operational plans.
  • Identify inefficiencies in the current scheduling process and work on implementing improvements.
  • Resolve conflicts between production needs and capacity limitations.
  • Ensure the effective use of scheduling software and ERP systems.
