Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT, management, or business analysis.
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and system-thinking skills.
- Experience as a Product Owner or business analyst.
- Familiarity with systems integration projects.
- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and expectations.
- Skilled in developing requirements documentation artifacts.
- Experience with agile requirements management tools.
- Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies.
- Background in agile software development frameworks.
- Masterâs degree in IT, business administration, or related field.
- Ability to obtain a government security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and implement new systems and solutions.
- Lead the collection and management of mission user needs.
- Liaise between software development teams and key stakeholders.
- Facilitate the gathering of business-focused requirements.
