About The Position
As a Lead Business Analyst, you will join a team responsible for supporting technology for Chick-fil-A's Staff Technology. As our business grows in sales and complexity, new processes and systems to support this growth are required to scale and thrive. In this role, you will serve as a liaison between DTT and Organizational Planning, providing technical and functional solutions to support Chick-fil-A's growth. You will partner with Organizational Planning, Financial Planning and Talent Planning to implement technology to support our annual planning process and supporting processes.
