About The Position

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Acts Lead Bus Driver position. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily transportation operations within the assigned communities, ensuring all services meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and resident satisfaction. Operates vehicles while providing leadership, guidance, and support to fellow drivers. Fosters a positive, service-oriented environment that prioritizes the comfort and well-being of residents.

Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Minimum of three years' passenger or commercial driving experience
  • Must possess and maintain a valid Commercial Driver’s License (Class B or higher) with passenger endorsement (or obtain within six months of employment)
  • CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred
