About The Position

The Lead Building Engineer is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems while leading day-to-day engineering activities on site. This role serves as the technical lead, ensuring buildings operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable codes and standards. The Lead Building Engineer provides guidance to engineering staff, coordinates vendors, and partners with property management and clients to deliver reliable facilities operations.

Responsibilities

• Operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems
• Leading day-to-day engineering activities on site
• Ensuring buildings operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable codes and standards
• Providing guidance to engineering staff
• Coordinating vendors
• Partnering with property management and clients to deliver reliable facilities operations
