About The Position

The Lead Buffer position at Conagra Brands is responsible for coordinating and tracking shipping information within the warehouse management system. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months forklift experience required.
• Previous lead experience in a warehouse setting.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP).
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend written instructions in English.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with stand-up, sit-down, hi-lift, and tandem forklifts.
• Knowledge of GMPs and forklift safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track all shipping information in the warehouse management system.
• Manage damaged products and overweight loads.
• Ensure appointment times are met and coordinate samples with Quality Assurance.
• Lead hourly associates in daily activities and ensure safety regulations are followed.
• Print finished product pallet labels and verify trucks for loading.
• Ensure daily reports are complete and track warehouse capacity.
• Schedule warehouse staff and build truck loads.
