About The Position

Fired Cannabis is a new fast growing cannabis chain in Colorado! We offer the best selection of products in the state paired with a superior customer experience. We are looking for friendly, up-beat retail professionals to join the Fired Cannabis team! Responsible for promoting and selling products ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, delivering excellent customer service and enhancing the customer experience in store. Keyholder responsibility with the ability to open and close the store.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a retail store environment preferred, but not required
• Customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail
• Reliable, punctual, dependable, and trustworthy
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work days/nights/weekends/holiday
• Spanish helpful

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the proper and accurate use and training of the POS and cash handling
• Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
• Greets and checks in customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Encourages sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
• Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
• Upholds the Company policies and procedures and MED compliance standards
• Upholds visual merchandising standards, checking that proper signage, price tickets, marketing materials, etc. are visible and updated
• Responsible for maintaining a clean, neat, and well-stocked store as well as ensuring general housekeeping duties are upheld
• Responsible for opening and closing the store as a keyholder
• Support management to train new employees
