The Lead Benefits Specialist is responsible for facilitating the efficient operation of the employee benefits office, interfacing with benefit providers, and administering benefits for all eligible employees of Clear Creek ISD. This role supports the Business Services office and provides leadership to Benefits Specialists, ensuring effective processing of benefit requests and enhancing departmental knowledge on benefits. The position actively contributes to the overall mission and strategic plan of the district.
