Title: Lead Benefits Analyst Role: The position provides supported leadership to the Corporate Benefits team and partners with the Benefits Manager and relevant stakeholders (such as HR, Payroll, Facility Payroll Support/BMOS, and benefit providers/vendors) to effectively administer Health & Welfare benefits and 401(k) plans. Assists with department projects and the implementation of new processes & SOPs. A lead role to ensure timely deliverables of the Corporate Benefits Team’s goals and seamless Health & Welfare benefits & 401(k) plan administration.
