Responsible for ensuring The Ultimate Southern Gaming Experience by satisfying our guests and for assisting the Bell Service Manager in the successful overall operation of the Bell Desk and all related services, ensuring an optimal level of guest service and satisfaction is achieved and maintained. Performs the duties of the Bell Service Manager as assigned; supervises, guides and supports Bell Persons with their daily responsibilities on assigned shift. Carries luggage for arriving and departing guests; upon arrival, transports luggage from the Hotel entrance to the Front Desk, then to the guest's room, and upon departure, transports luggage from the guest's room to the Hotel Lobby, then to the vehicle the guest is departing in.
