The Lead Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) is directly responsible to ensure that the provision of group and one to one services to children on the autism spectrum are based on specific interventions that are derived from an individualized treatment/behavior plan. The services are designed to continue the development of social skills necessary to more fully interact with other children and are applied based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. The Lead Behavior Health Technician (BHT) will follow the direction of and receive supervision from the BCBA and/or Behavior Consultant, but will report to the Assistant Supervisor/Supervisor of the program.
