As a BCM Team Lead, you will directly oversee a team of Behavioral Care Managers responsible for supporting members through their care journey. You’ll play a key role in building and refining the infrastructure that supports this team — ensuring that our model is not only effective but scalable and sustainable as we grow. This role is ideal for a clinical leader who thrives at the intersection of care delivery and operations — someone who can guide a team with empathy, develop clear performance metrics, identify process improvements, and partner cross-functionally to elevate the quality and consistency of care. You will also maintain a limited caseload to remain grounded in the member experience and continuously assess the effectiveness of the care delivery model. The Lead BCM is instrumental in ensuring exceptional member outcomes, provider satisfaction, and operational excellence. You will work closely with leadership and across clinical disciplines to ensure we are delivering compassionate, coordinated care that aligns with our company’s mission and standards.
