Under the direction of the Clinical Director and/or Educational Services leadership, this role provides behavioral oversight, clinical collaboration, and staff supervision to ensure high-quality psycho-educational and behavioral services for students with behavioral and developmental needs. The Lead Behavior Interventionist plays a critical role in assessing student behavior, supporting staff during behavioral escalations, guiding implementation of Behavior Support Plans, and supervising a caseload of counselors. This position is ideal for a behavior professional who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment and is passionate about supporting students, families, and staff.
