SUMMARY: The Lead Behavior Analyst (BCBA) reports to the Clinical Director/Chief Psychologist/Senior Psychologist, and independently provides functional behavioral analytic services (assessment, treatment, and consultation) for patients in the CADD Inpatient and CADD Partial Programs. BCBAs also may provide supervision of graduate-level trainees. In addition to performing all of the Principal Duties and Responsibilities of the Behavior Analyst, the Lead Behavior Analyst supports training, coordination, and professional development of BCBAs across programs within the hospital setting.
