Requirements

Master's degree in ABA or related field
BCBA® Certification
2+ years experience as a BCBA
BLS/CPR Certification

Responsibilities

Manage client programming and supervision
Provide clinical leadership to the ABA team
Ensure high-quality service delivery
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
Support parent training and engagement
