About The Position

Camen Behavioral Services is seeking a Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Kissimmee Clinic. This is a clinic-based leadership position where you will support day-to-day operations, provide on-floor clinical guidance, and mentor your team. This role reports directly to the Clinical Director and plays a key part in maintaining a strong, supportive, and high-quality clinical environment. Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
  • Active BCBA certification
  • Strong clinical experience in a clinic setting
  • Confidence supporting and guiding a team in real time
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to balance clinical and operational responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Supporting daily clinic flow and structure
  • Providing real-time, on-floor support to RBTs and staff
  • Assisting with opening and closing responsibilities
  • Reporting directly to the Clinical Director on clinic needs, staffing, and overall operations
  • Conduct FBAs and oversee development of BIPs
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans using data
  • Ensure treatment integrity and clinical quality
  • Supervise and support RBTs and clinical staff
  • Provide ongoing feedback, training, and mentorship
  • Support onboarding and development of new team members
  • Support daily clinic operations and flow
  • Provide on-floor guidance and problem-solving
  • Assist with opening and closing the clinic
  • Report directly to the Clinical Director on clinic needs, staffing, and overall operations
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Ensure compliance with BACB and company standards
  • Communicate with families and team members as needed
