About The Position

Summary: Prepares and serves beverages to guests in bar area in a friendly, courteous and timely manner. Leadership & Team Development Lead by example in professionalism, service standards, and bar execution. Supervise and support bartenders during shifts; provide real-time coaching and performance feedback. Train new bartenders on recipes, service standards, POS usage, batching procedures, and liquor law compliance. Assist management in developing and maintaining SOPs for bar operations. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and elevated guest experience. Bar Operations & Organization Maintain organization, cleanliness, and proper pars of all bar areas at all times. Ensure prep lists, batching schedules, and mise en place standards are executed consistently. Oversee batching of cocktails to ensure recipe accuracy, quality control, and cost efficiency. Monitor portion control and minimize waste. Inventory & Cost Control Responsible for accurate bar inventory counts and monthly inventory execution. Assist with ordering, receiving, and verifying product quality and quantities. Monitor beverage cost percentages and identify opportunities to improve margins. Maintain proper rotation (FIFO) and storage of all products. Beverage Program Development Participate in the creation and development of new cocktails and seasonal menu updates. Contribute ideas to enhance the beverage program, including NA options and specialty cocktails. Support menu engineering efforts to drive profitability and guest satisfaction. Guest Experience Ensure consistent, elevated service standards across all shifts. Proactively resolve guest concerns and maintain a hospitality-first approach. Support private events and high-volume service execution when needed.
