🍦☕ Lead Barista (Coffee + Ice Cream) – Bring the Energy, Lead the Experience! Job SummaryDo you love coffee, ice cream, and creating memorable moments for people? We’re looking for a Lead Barista who’s ready to step up, lead by example, and keep the good vibes flowing behind the counter. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person on shift—guiding the team, supporting daily operations, and making sure every guest leaves happier than when they walked in. Whether you’re crafting the perfect latte, building an over-the-top waffle cone, or coaching a teammate, you’ll help create an experience our guests come back for again and again. ✨ What You’ll Do Create Amazing Guest Experiences Welcome every guest with a friendly, upbeat attitude Take orders and make thoughtful recommendations Craft coffee drinks, shakes, floats, and ice cream creations with care (and a little flair!) Requirements

  • Previous barista, food service, or cashier experience preferred
  • Leadership or shift lead experience is a big plus
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay cool in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude and team-player mindset
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Flexible availability (early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
  • Comfortable handling a variety of tasks throughout each shift

  • Current food handler's card preferred
  • Prior cashier experience a plus
  • Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
  • Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
