Requirements

Proven experience as a barista or in a similar food and beverage role, preferably in a hospitality setting
Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, beverage preparation, and food service standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food items to guests, ensuring consistency and presentation standards are met
Support daily operations of the cafe facilities and other Food and Beverage areas, maintaining cleanliness and organization
Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to maximize guest satisfaction
Assist in training and mentoring team members to uphold service standards and operational procedures
Contribute to achieving financial goals by promoting menu items and managing inventory effectively
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance the overall guest experience
