We are looking to add a Lead Barista to our team. Essential Functions: Greet guests in a timely manner with a professional friendly tone Provide attentive, efficient, friendly service following our SOP’s Willing to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays Complete all opening side work to prepare yourself for the shift Complete all closing side work at end of shift Perform duties to include but not limited to: take orders, mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, cafe latte, tea, chai, etc. Prepare food, make smoothies, and sell items per guest request. Conduct inventory and order items as need. Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage; Follow all policies and procedures Responsible for personal hygiene, grooming, clean uniform, and professional appearance Responsible for punctuality when reporting to work, and clocking in only after being in full uniform Perform other duties as signed by the manager

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
Previous experience a plus
Must be able to stand/walk for duration of shift
Must be able to lift, bend, reach, squat, use both hands, push and pull.
Must be able to lift /push/pull up to 30 pounds.
