About The Position

As a Lead Barista for Starbucks at Luxor, you will take on a leadership role within a high-energy café environment, supporting the team while ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming space that enhances the overall guest experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required
• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Nice To Haves

• 6+ Months of Prior Relevant Experience as a fountain worker and/or cashier in a similar environment preferred
• 1+ years of Barista experience at Starbucks or a similar environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and train a shift of approximately 3-12 employees
• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority
• Take and place orders, serve and garnish food and drinks efficiently and accurately in work areas as applicable
• Pack and complete order per guests’ preference with necessary condiments
• Perform opening and closing duties based upon shift assignment
• Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and the appearance of the front and back of house area, clear tables and counters; sweep and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area without interfering with the comfort of guests
• Establish par levels for daily orders and complete daily order sheet
