About The Position

The position requires maintaining regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation. The employee must be available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays. Responsibilities include meeting store operating policies and standards, providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and ensuring store safety and security. Engaging with customers to understand their needs through clear and pleasant communication is essential. The employee will prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customized for customers, including making changes to recipes as needed. The role requires the ability to perform various tasks within the store during each shift and to uphold the highest level of integrity in all situations, recognizing the standards required by a regulated business. A required Non-Gaming License must be obtained.
