Requirements

• Ability to stand/work 7-9 hour shifts starting as early as 5 AM.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, occasional nights, and holidays.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service in the bar and lounge outlets.
• Prepare hot and cold entrees according to par sheets.
• Wash dishes and bus tables as needed.
• Serve food and beverages, including bartending and barista duties.
• Handle cash and operate electronic sales systems.
• Set up and break down meeting space tables, chairs, linens, and catering equipment.
• Prepare food for and serve at banquets.
• Complete all daily required side work and checklists.
• Perform all opening and closing duties.
