Our 374‑room resort features three unique dining outlets and a dynamic banquet operation serving everything from beachfront weddings to upscale corporate events. In this role, you’ll help create exceptional large‑scale culinary experiences that reflect our elevated coastal style, an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills and contribute to unforgettable guest moments. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of banquet culinary experience, including both garde manger and hot kitchen and must have previous hotel experience. Shift Pattern: Open availability is required, with the ability to work a variety of AM and PM shifts, as well as weekends and holidays
