About The Position

Must have experience in leading and managing a team of Application support or SRE with skill set of Java, Angular and AWS. Should have a minimum of 7+ yrs experience in handling a team in different domains. Ability to assist the team on Java, Angular and AWS specific issues. Ability to work individually and in large teams as well to handle big complex projects. Requirements Hands on experience in Monitoring applications Object oriented analysis and design using common design patterns Good knowledge of Java and Angular Knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate) Experience in the Shell and Python scripting Exposure to Microservices, Docker and Jenkins Strong knowledge of New Relic or Dynatrace or Grafana tool will be added advantage Strong analytical skills and good problem solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability in managing and communicating with internal as well as external stakeholders Should be a Quick Learner and Passionate about exploring and adoption of new Advanced technologies/methods. Should be a strong believer in self-exploration and self-learning. Mentor junior associates in the team and interested in analyzing problems and working towards practical, relevant, workable and implementable solutions. Soft Skills: Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Process oriented with great documentation skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills with a keen sense of customer service.
