This position will follow our hybrid work model, we expect the selected candidate to be in office 2-3 days a week(10-12 days a month) at the following office location: St. Petersburg, FL. As part of the Financial Crimes & Fraud Surveillance technology team, you will be analyzing functional and business requirements and problems, and driving technical analysis and design. You will also lead the development of high-quality technical solutions, and do hands-on coding to bring the technical design to fruition. You will act as the lead technical spokesperson for the team, interacting with both technology teams as well as the business team. You will be involved in all the relevant phases of the full systems life cycle and will take ownership for all the technical deliverables. You should be able to demonstrate high-degree of independent, analytical and creative thinking and should be able to recommend, and deploy the right tech stack. You will also interact with the Enterprise Architecture team to review the solution design and architecture. You will also present the system design and architecture to internal technology and business stakeholders. You will be expected to analyze data and to make appropriate recommendations for sourcing, storing, and disseminating data. The successful individual in this role will also demonstrate willingness to learn the business side details, and will be in a position to answer questions such as “what is the business problem I am solving?”, “what type of a technical solution is the most appropriate to solve their problems?”.
