Requirements

• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Car Mechanic
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills must be an Expert
• Expert knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostics
• Proficient with diagnostic tools and software
• Excellent problem-solving and time management
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and engine systems
• Lead and train a team of automotive technicians
• Assign and schedule repair jobs for efficiency
• Collaborate with service advisors on estimates and parts
• Ensure safety compliance and shop cleanliness
• Stay current with automotive technology and tools
• Maintain accurate service records in shop management system
• Provide excellent customer service and communication
