Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Car Mechanic
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills must be an Expert knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostics
- Proficient with diagnostic tools and software
- Excellent problem-solving and time management
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and engine systems
- Lead and train a team of automotive technicians
- Assign and schedule repair jobs for efficiency
- Collaborate with service advisors on estimates and parts
- Ensure safety compliance and shop cleanliness
- Stay current with automotive technology and tools
- Maintain accurate service records in shop management system
- Provide excellent customer service and communication
