About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team at Glass Boys Automotive. This role involves performing vehicle maintenance and repairs in a fast-paced dealership environment, with a focus on auto glass installation and repair. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive repair and experience with the latest technology in the industry.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques and procedures
• Experience working in a dealership or automotive repair shop is preferred
• Familiarity with power tools and diagnostic equipment
• Knowledge of ADAS systems and their installation is a plus
• Experience in auto glass installation is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles
• Conduct vehicle diagnostics using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment
• Install and repair auto glass, including windshield replacement and window tinting
• Assemble and install ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) components
• Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to ensure efficient workflow
• Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed
