About The Position
The Lead Attended Donation Center Attendant oversees the day-to-day operations of the Attended Donation Center, accepting and processing donations from the public. This role involves guiding and instructing other processors as directed by the Store Manager or Assistant Manager, pricing and coordinating the processing of clothing and wares to maintain production quotas, and ensuring the flow of goods based on donation volume. The attendant must operate a forklift safely and competently while monitoring production quality and pricing.
