Operating from strategically positioned micro-fulfillment centers in high-density metropolitan areas, we deliver everything from groceries and household items to tech accessories, meeting our customers' immediate needs with unprecedented speed and reliability. Lead Associates are the cornerstone of our Quick Commerce operations, managing our fastest delivery model yet. In this role, you'll independently lead site operations and make real-time decisions to maintain our 30-minute delivery promise. You'll coordinate across multiple teams, manage inventory of fast-moving products, and ensure exceptional customer experience through precise execution.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
  • High school or equivalent
  • Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • Are 18 years of age or older
  • 2+ years of production, warehouse or other leadership, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
  • Experience managing inventory in a retail or distribution setting
  • Prior experience in training others
  • Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Previous experience in providing peer-to-peer feedback
  • Demonstrated success in problem solving and delivering results

Responsibilities

  • Managing site operations independently with minimal supervision
  • Making swift, independent decisions to meet customer promises
  • Coordinate with delivery partners to maintain 30-minute delivery times
  • Act as escalation point for problem-solving and
  • Support Regional Area Manager
  • Ensuring proper handling and rotation of diverse products, including perishables
  • Process deliveries and maintain accurate inventory counts
  • Operate digital systems for inventory management and tracking
  • Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, dollies, carts)
  • Maintaining safety and quality standards while delivering at speed
  • Work in various environments including coolers/freezers with moderate noise levels
  • Flexibility to work across multiple locations within 10-mile radius
  • Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
