Lead or supervisory experience

Responsibilities

Provide store leadership in absence of Store Manager/ Assistant to the Manager
Demonstrate to the store staff a commitment to friendly customer service and teamwork
Close store, reconcile cash with daily sales reports and secure facility for night (required only in the absence of other management team)
Prepare and maintain records of store operations including daily sales reports, cash deposits and opening/closing reports (required only in the absence of other management team)
Conduct inspections when necessary (required only in the absence of other management team)
Operate cash register and provide customer service
Receive, price and stock donations
Hang, inspect, and tag textiles and clothing in a production style setting
