Under the direction of the SVP, Global Pharma Franchise, the Lead Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the leader, the Executive Director of Launch Excellence and Integrated Business Operations, and the Global Pharma organization. The primary activities include and are not limited to the following: Coordinates and performs multiple administrative tasks, including calendar scheduling, meeting management, travel and expense management Completes various work assignments requiring advanced analytical ability, independent judgment, creativity and problem-solving skills Schedules complex, multi-leg and international travel and coordinates trip agendas across multiple stakeholders Supports the use of team sites and other information sharing tools Effectively interacts with our company's executives and employees, as well as external parties, both on-site and remotely Acts as a Lead Admin coordinator across the Global Pharma admin team Coordinates and/or leads special projects within the organization

  • Coordinates and/or leads special projects within the organization
  • Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 10 years Administrative Assistant experience with minimum of (5) years supporting Executives.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other internal applications.
  • Demonstrated experience scheduling and coordinating complex, multi-leg domestic and international travel.
  • Experience processing visa/passport applications.
  • SAP experience processing expense reports, purchase orders, payment requests.
  • Ability to handle and prioritize many simultaneous assignments.
  • Experience with event planning and coordination
  • Extraordinary attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and people skills.
  • Documented experience as a strong performer in current and past positions.
  • Willingness to travel in support of local meetings very occasionally.
