As a Lead Assembler, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving production across multiple product families. This position is more than just assembly—it’s about leading people, shaping processes, and ensuring excellence in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. You’ll be the bridge between employees, management, and sales, making sure daily assembly requirements are met while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. From coordinating workflows and training new team members to serving as the go‑to resource for assembly and quality questions, this role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on both the team and the customer experience.
