Requirements

  • BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum 5 years of medical sales experience required.
  • 5+ years in medical device, biotechnology, or tissue biologics preferred.
  • Experience in O.R./Surgical/VAC submissions required.
  • Familiarity with skin substitutes is preferred.
  • Previous experience in startup and mid-sized companies is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify targets and execute selling strategies based on company direction.
  • Drive sales growth by deriving best practices for targeting and reimbursement.
  • Contribute key learnings to demonstrate understanding of marketplace opportunities.
  • Utilize corporate literature and scientific data for customer presentations.

  • Maintain industry product knowledge and updates.
  • Ensure compliance with guidelines and ethical standards.
  • Assist in training and mentorship for Area Managers.
