About The Position
The Lead Apprentice Installer is a hybrid role that provides Lead Installers with a path to develop into Journeyworker Electricians. This is accomplished by establishing and working in a robust crew to enable the Lead Installer to occasionally step away from solar installation activities to work directly with the on-site Journeyworker Electrician to gain hands-on electrical experience/skills. The Lead Apprentice Installer will maintain responsibility for the crew's activities. All Energy Solar believes this approach will assist the Lead Apprentice in gaining the skills necessary to pass the Journeyworker Electrician licensing exam and perform solo electrical work for crew once they are licensed. This opportunity is highly-selective and may only be offered as the company foresees an eminent need for licensed electricians.
