Provides clerical and administrative support to an assigned department and/or program. Prepares a variety of program documents, which requires locating and consolidating information from other source documents, databases, or staff. Maintains administrative files; prepares materials and records concerning department operations; enters data and retrieves information from databases; assists callers, customers and visitors. The following duties are normal for this position. All duties may not be performed in all departments. Other duties may be required and assigned.
