The Lead Site Reliability Application Architect owns the technical strategy, support and implementation for the applications related to the Clinical systems. The Lead Application Architect works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. We are looking for an architect with deep expertise in .Net and SQL to drive reliability focused architecture across our clinical systems. In this SRE-centered role, you will assist in designing and optimizing solutions for performance, resiliency, fault-tolerance, and self-healing capabilities. You will collaborate closely with development teams to embed observability, automate recovery, reduce toil and technical debts across the applications we support. The Lead Application Architect performs technical planning, architectural review of development specifications. Assesses the compatibility and integration of products/services proposed as standards in order to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent applications. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action. Reviews the proposed solutions for PROD environment and ensures solutions have sufficient observability, traceability and create minimal disruptions to the user.
